How it works
Dermala's acne pimple patches can do a miracle for your pimples. They are drug-free, clear, adhesive patches and made from hydrocolloid that works by absorbing pus and oil from your blemish. They are moisture rich and provide a physical barrier to prevent picking and spread of bacteria. They also lower the pH in the area under the patch. This inhibits bacterial growth and protects against UVB to help prevent hyper pigmentation (brown spots) and scarring. Scientists have shown in clinical trials that hydrocolloid acne dressings reduce pimple redness, oiliness, and overall acne severity.
Directions
Wash and completely dry the skin. Peel patch from sheet and apply on top of a blemish. Leave on for a few hours or preferably overnight. A change in color to white indicates pus absorbance. Remove the patch by peeling it off the skin. If necessary, use warm water for easier removal. For best results, apply to blemish after treatment with Dermala's Acne Treatment Pads or Acne Spot Treatment.
